Walker Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency based in Daphne, AL. We write personal and commercial coverage for families and businesses across Baldwin County, Mobile County, and the surrounding Gulf Coast.

Meet Lee
Lee Walker, Agency Principal
Lee grew up in Bixby, OK and graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1999 with a B.S. in General Business. He moved to the Eastern Shore in 2001 and has been here since.
Before insurance, Lee spent years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a fluid power distribution and manufacturing company, where he was responsible for a sales organization, a customer base of industrial and commercial accounts, and the operational side of a working business. He entered the insurance industry in 2013 with a regional agency before opening Walker Insurance Agency in Daphne in 2016.
That background shapes how he works with commercial clients. Lee has managed a payroll, a fleet, and inventory. When he asks a contractor about subcontractor certificates or a manufacturer about equipment values, it is because he has been on the other side of those questions.
Today Lee handles personal insurance for families across Baldwin County and commercial insurance for contractors, manufacturers, retailers, restaurants, and real estate owners throughout Mobile and Baldwin County. He is licensed in Alabama and additional states where clients hold property and operate businesses.
Lee is married to Laurie Walker. They have four sons — Benjamin, Matthew, Chip, and Jake — and most weekends still get built around whatever the boys have going on.

Fairhope Elks Lodge #1879. Lee is an active member of the Fairhope Elks Lodge, where he helps raise money and organize charity events supporting non-profit organizations across Baldwin County. The Elks have been doing community and charitable work in this country for well over a century, and the Fairhope lodge is a working part of that here.
Baldwin County Home Builders Association. Lee is a member of the BCHBA, which connects him directly with the builders, remodelers, and trade contractors who make up a significant share of the agency’s commercial book. It is a professional association and also how he stays current on what is actually happening in local construction.
Oklahoma State Alumni Association. Lee remains an active member of the Oklahoma State Alumni Association, twenty-five years after graduating. Some things stick.
Community involvement is not a marketing line for this agency. It is how Lee has built his relationships here for more than two decades, and it is a good part of why clients send their friends and their contractors our way.
