This website is intended for residents of Alabama and other states in which Walker Insurance Agency is licensed to conduct business. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell insurance in any state where we are not licensed. The states in which we hold an active license include: Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Oklahoma.
2. Insurance Coverage Cannot Be Bound Through This Website
Insurance coverage cannot be bound, altered, amended, or canceled by leaving a voicemail, sending an email, submitting a form through this website, sending a text message, or using our chat feature.
All coverage must be confirmed in writing by a licensed producer of Walker Insurance Agency. No request is effective until we confirm it directly with you.
If you need coverage to take effect on a specific date, or if you have an urgent coverage need, call our office at (251) 422-9959 and speak with a licensed agent. Do not rely on a website submission.
Reporting a claim. Do not report a claim through this website. Claims should be reported to your insurance carrier directly, or by calling our office at (251) 422-9959.
